We need a ticketing systems that basically assign a code (number or letters plus numbers) to each information incoming into the Ushahidi platform.

[edit] Problem Specifications

What we need is really simple: each message entering the Ushahidi platform should have a code assign to it, like a number that is the ID of that message.

Example: all SMS get code S1, S2, S3 and so on, E-mails get code E1, E2, E3 and so on, Web-Submission get code W1, W2, W3..etc...

In this way we will be able to trace messages and to identify them by only searching the number of the message: the systek should assign a code to each SMS, Twitter messages, E-Mail, Voice Mail and Web-Submission coming in.

For now a message has a code assigned inside the Ushahidi platform only when it get transformed into a report, but we need to be able to have a ticketing systems for the messages coming in BEFORE they become a report.
