[edit] Summary

The dead and missing person due to a East Japan earthquake reached 28,000 people. The dead persons are about 11,500 people among these, and missing person is 16,500 people. 20% among the dead persons are identified, but other 80% are not. Moreover, 170,000 people or more live in the refuge. In addition, it is said that there are hundreds of dead bodies remains around the Fukushima nuclear plant. However, it is not possible even to look for remains because there is danger of the radioactivity due to the nuclear plant explosion. Those people are not able to look for the family, and not able to do anything. They wants at least to find their family’s remains and to cremate it, but it cannot be done. When thinking of them, our heart is pained. we have nothing just some pictures and some videos from them in internet or in PC.

Problem: Ana has 2 children and missing them due to earthquake. Most of the building collapses and her babies are inside.
they may be injured or may be died no one knows. Helping groups are trying to find them days and days, but there's no reception.
Eventually radioactive dangerous are increased in east japan rapidly  and she's worried she can't do anything for her babies.

After the earthquake,there is any existing indication signal that make help to reach them. Ana has some pictures of them and some videos on her cellphone.

we need to create a website

[edit] step 3-what should Ana do?

Anna should make a profile for each missing relatives and her children separately and uploaded any voice and picture which she has in her cellphone or in laptop from them.

[edit] step 4- what will happened with system?

this system will create two models: " Voice model & Image model ". for each lost person we create these models using voices and images which uploaded by their relatives and friends.if anyone find a person who lost, he/she can upload his/her voice on website to compare with each models separately and if it find any match with them will send the profile information for searcher or mail an alarm note if find any match in future.

these are needed :

at least 2 minutes voice of lost person (without noise) and 10 pictures of his/her face .

this service can be improved and the data base gets bigger in future. so we can cover all disasters of the world.we can conjoin it to hospitals, police stations & ... all over the world.
